In collaboration with Glow Kidz, House of Co-Regulation is happy to announce our newest offering: Yoga and Creative Movement for kids and teenagers!
Offered every Tuesday of every month:
2:00 pm (5-8 year olds)
3:00 pm (9-12 year olds)
4:00 pm (13-18 year olds)
Classes are 45 minutes long and will include:
Yoga mats
Yoga poses
Creative movement
Breathing techniques
Crafts and Painting
Encouraging expression and identification of the senses. The possible benefits of this offering:
Increased awareness of emotions
Increased nervous system regulation
Increased awareness of the body
Increased compassion and empathy for others
Increased sense of community and belonging
At House of Co-Regulation, our approach centers on felt safety, authentic connection, and honoring every nervous system.
This class is offered for ages 9-12 from 3:00 - 3:45 pm on all 4 Tuesdays in July.
Monthly rate: $140 for 4 classes ($35/class)
(Save $40 when you pay the monthly rate!)
THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 3 STUDENTS NEEDED FOR THE PROGRAM TO BE ACTIVE. WE WILL BE IN CONTACT SHOULD THE THRESHOLD NOT BE OBTAINED AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT.
