An embodied movement practice designed to support connection with your body, breath, and nervous system.
Vinyasa Yoga gently weaves breath and movement together through a flowing sequence of postures. At House of Co-Regulation, the practice is offered through a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and autonomy-centered lens—with invitations rather than expectations and space to honor what your body needs in the moment.
Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify or pause whenever needed, and explore movement without pressure to perform or “get it right.” Through breath, rhythm, movement, stillness, and sensory awareness, the practice creates opportunities to notice your internal experience and cultivate embodied connection and felt safety.
11:15-12:15 (Ages 13-19)
No prior yoga experience is needed. All bodies, neurotypes, and levels of experience are welcome.
Come as you are. Move in the way your body needs.
