Felt Sensing: Embodied Co-Regulation- In Person

$75.00

This experiential class invites parents and adults to slow down and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. Through the practice of felt sensing, participants learn to gently notice internal sensations that offer clues about emotions, stress, and safety.

Guided by principles from the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model and the practice of Focusing, this class helps participants build awareness of their nervous system while experiencing the regulating power of connection with others.

This offering is for parents and adults seeking a sense of belonging, deeper self-awareness, and a compassionate relationship with their bodies in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.

These sessions are for the second Tuesday of each month 5:30pm-6:30pm; no refunds unless specified by the provider.

There is a limit of 10 in-person sessions; if there are no more, please refer to the digital session.
